How long does shipping take for bedding and bath orders?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer a next-day delivery service for orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday.
What is your return policy for pillows and duvets?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on duvets, pillows, and mattress toppers if they are unopened and in their original packaging. All other items can be returned within 30 days.
How do I choose the right duvet 'tog' rating?
Tog ratings measure thermal resistance. We recommend 4.5 tog for summer, 10.5 tog for transitional seasons, and 13.5 to 15 tog for the cold winter months.
Are your down and feather products ethically sourced?
Yes, all our feather and down products are Downpass or RDS certified, ensuring they are sourced as a byproduct of the food industry with no live plucking involved.
Can I wash my Soak&Sleep bedding in a domestic machine?
Most of our linens and synthetics are machine washable at 40°C. For larger items like king-size duvets, we recommend using a large capacity professional machine to maintain loft.
Do you offer a warranty on mattresses?
Yes, our mattresses come with a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind for a decade of great sleep.
